What Is The Relax & Radiate Crate?
The Relax & Radiate Crate is a quarterly subscription box filled with a collection of unique and custom-designed products selected to bring you comfort while nourishing your mind, body, and soul. Each seasonal box includes 7 to 12 items hand-picked by members of The Girlfriend team and community, averaging $200 or more in retail value. Each box also includes a copy of an all-new Girlfriend Mini-Magazine produced exclusively for Relax & Radiate Crate subscribers.
Relax & Radiate Crate subscribers also get access to an exclusive online community where you can connect with others, access special giveaways and offers, and provide input on upcoming crates.

We've partnered with our friends at CultureFly to deliver (literally, right to your door!) the Relax & Radiate Crate as a new way to help all women take some time to unwind, care for themselves, and enjoy an occasional surprise treat.
How Often Will I Receive My Relax & Radiate Crate?
The Relax & Radiate Crate is a quarterly subscription service delivering four boxes each calendar year (one per season). When you sign-up for a Quarterly Plan, you will be billed automatically every three months. The timing of your first crate will depend on when you signed up relative to each season's shipping schedule (see 'Shipping' section below for more information).
Can I Give A Relax & Radiate Crate Subscription As A Gift?
Yes, the easiest way to gift a Relax & Radiate Crate subscription is to place a new order specifying your recipient's contact and shipping information when checking out. You'll receive an order confirmation that includes a link to print or download a gift notice that you can send them while they await their first box.
Please note: subscriptions that are sent as gifts will still be billed automatically depending on which plan you select. If you wish to order a single box as a gift, rather than a recurring subscription, you’ll need to cancel the gift subscription before the next billing season.
Why Do You Ask For My T-Shirt Size When Selecting A Plan?
The Relax & Radiate Crate includes a mix of curated products including apparel, wearables, and/or accessories at times. We ask for your T-Shirt size upon ordering to make sure any wearable items will fit well.
When Does Each Relax & Radiate Crate Ship?
Each Relax & Radiate Crate ships once per season to all subscribers. You will get a notification when each collection is ready to ship.
What Countries Do You Ship To?
The Relax & Radiate Crate is currently only available in the United States.
How Much Is Shipping?
Free Shipping is included with your subscription for all orders.
Once My Box Ships, How Long Does It Take To Arrive?
Subscribers will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
For new subscribers that join after a season's box has started shipping, if inventory is still available, your box may take up to two additional weeks to ship.
Plans & Payment
Does My Subscription Automatically Renew?
Yes, your Relax & Radiate Crate subscription will automatically renew at the end of your plan period. For Quarterly Plans, your subscription will renew each quarter (every 3 months) for another quarter.
When Will I Be Billed For My Subscription?
Upon signup, you will be charged $50 plus applicable taxes for a Quarterly Plan subscription. The subscription plan automatically renew at the end of each plan period.
Quarterly Plan subscribers will be billed for each subsequent box on or around the dates listed below. Please note that dates are subject to change and will be updated quarterly. The Winter (December) crate will automatically billed on November 20, 2023.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How Do I Update My Payment Information?
You can update Credit Card information on file anytime by logging in to your Relax & Radiate Crate account.
From there, click "Manage My Subscriptions", then "Edit" under Billing Information.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your Relax & Radiate Crate account. From there, navigate to "My Account", click on "Manage My Subscriptions", then select "Edit" under Subscription Status, and switch it from "Active" to "Inactive".

What Happens If I Cancel My Subscription After I've Been Billed For My Next Box?
Your plan can be canceled at any time. To not get billed for the next box, subscribers must cancel their subscription before the next billing date. Billing dates can be found here in the FAQs.
For example, if you subscribed to the quarterly plan, and the first box you received was the Spring Box, you would need to cancel your subscription before the Summer Box billing date to not get charged for that box.
Please note that inactivating your plan does not cancel any open orders. If your plan is inactivated after your plan was renewed, your cancellation will take effect for the following quarter's box, and you will still be receiving the box that you were renewed for.
Do I Get A Refund If I Cancel My Annual Subscription?
Your Annual Plan can be canceled at any time. Pro-rated partial refunds may be provided depending on time of cancellation and the number of boxes shipped. Any refunds for Annual Plan subscriptions will be adjusted to cancel-out plan savings/discounts.
To stop your subscription from being auto-renewed, subscribers must cancel their subscription before the billing date following the shipment of the fourth and final box of your plan. Billing dates can be found in the FAQs.
For example, if you subscribed to the annual plan and the first box you received was the Spring Box, you would still receive the Summer Box, the Fall Box, & The Winter Box. You would need to cancel your subscription before the billing date of the Spring Box to not be auto-renewed.

How Do I Update My Shipping Address?
To update your billing and shipping address, log in, click on My Account Icon > click on Manage Subscriptions > Select Edit on your current subscription and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses.
Make sure everything is up to date and spelled correctly! To avoid having your package lost, please make your updates before the following dates:

How Do I Change My Shirt Size?
To change your shirt size, log in, click on My Account > then Manage Subscriptions > select Edit on your current subscription> click Change Product Size. Please make sure to make your changes before the following dates to ensure your order is perfect!

Exchanges & Returns
I Received An Item That Is Broken Or Damaged, What Should I Do?
If you've received a broken or damaged item, please reach out to us at email@example.com and include the full name and email address associated with your account, along with any photos documenting the damage. Note that any requests to replace a damaged item must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Note that due to inventory changes, we cannot always guarantee that an exact replacement for a damaged item may be available − in such cases, we may provide you with a partial refund on your subscription covering the value of the damaged item. If we are unable to replace the damaged item, this may take up to eight weeks after your request has been submitted and processed. But don’t worry, we’ll be sure to send you tracking information once your replacement has shipped.
My Shipping Box Arrived Damaged Or Dented, Can You Help?
We put a lot of thought into designing our boxes to make sure they are visually appealing. Please keep in mind the box is primarily for shipping and is designed to protect what’s inside. We, unfortunately, cannot provide replacements or refunds for a damaged box.
I Received The Wrong Size Item In My Box, What Should I Do?
